Privacy Policy

Overview

Mendoza Management Technical and Acquisition Consulting, LLC ("MMTAC," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy describes how our applications — including Even nevE and Obsidian Clipper — handle your information.

The short version: we don't collect any data. Everything our apps do happens on your device.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information or usage data through our applications. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• No usage analytics or tracking data is gathered
• No cookies or similar technologies are used
• No data is transmitted to MMTAC servers — we don't operate any
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are included

Even nevE

Even nevE is a standalone calculator that operates entirely on your device. All calculations are processed locally and are not stored or persisted in any way. When you close the app, your calculation data is not retained. The app does not require an internet connection and does not integrate with any third-party services.

Obsidian Clipper

Obsidian Clipper is an iOS Share Extension that captures web pages, text, and images into your Obsidian vault as Markdown.

• Network access — The extension may fetch the URL you shared so it can extract the article. These requests go directly from your device to the publisher of the page, not through MMTAC.
• On-device processing — Article extraction, image downloads, and OCR (via Apple Vision) all run inside the share extension. None of the page content, image content, or recognized text leaves your device through us.
• Storage — Output is written to the Obsidian vault folder you chose. We don't access it after writing.
• Permissions — The app uses iOS App Groups to share settings between the main app and the share extension, and a security-scoped bookmark to write to your vault folder. No other data is shared between the targets.
• No analytics — No third-party analytics, advertising, or telemetry SDKs are included.

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics or advertising services. Obsidian Clipper does make outbound network requests to the website you're clipping (and to the URLs of images on that page), but those requests go directly from your device to the publisher of the content.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data from any users, our apps are safe for users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this privacy policy and note the date of the most recent revision above. Any changes will be posted on this page.
